Our Meeting

Our initial meeting will set the framework for your search.  We will discuss your
goals and expectations regarding your timeline, desired home location, 
price point, and accessible needs.  We will review all our questions and concerns.
We will also review and sign buyer paperwork.
 
In person home tour is our time to get out and about looking at the homes in
person that align with the goals we establish in our initial meeting.  Let's look for
the accessible features you need whether it be one of the following or others we
discuss along the way.

We come fully prepared on our tours. We will always have the following just in case we need them:

  • Portable ramps to get in and out of the house
  • WiFi Camera incase we need to video the property
  • Video sharing programs such as Facetime, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
  • ADA measurements and guidelines

We will work together and strategize the strongest offer possible while keeping true to your goals and objectives. We will also discuss what additional modifications might be needed to fit your needs and what that cost is. Our job is to get you what you want and keep in mind your best interests along the way.

We have amazing home inspection partners that will perform a comprehensive inspection of your home.

The final walk-through process is our time to determine if all is as expected, previous owners have vacated the property, all inspection items have been addressed, and everything is in working order.

Finally we close and get to celebrate and can have specific discussions and create a timeline on any additional modifications you may need.
